Quality Assurance

The raw material used is acquired from the most reputable suppliers in the field. It
complies with the detailed specs laid down for the industry. Towards this end, each batch is analysed in thorough detail, the moment it is delivered. Besides the material even the process specs are monitored, to ensure consistency and quality. And not being content by using the best inputs and processes, the Company also ensures that every batch of every item it produces, meets it stringent Quality Control norms.

Quality Testing

Visual & Dimensional Inspection

100% Compulsory Test for each & every Tubes / Pipes produced in our plant as per specification and customer requirement to check leakages of Tubes / Pipes.

Hydro Test

100% Compulsory Test for each & every Tubes / Pipes produced in our plants per specification and customer requirement to check leakages of Tubes / Pipes.

Mechanical Test

All kind of Mechanical Test carried on Tubes / Pipes like Tensile Test, Hardness Test, Flaring Test, Flange Test, Flattening Test and Reverse Bend Test as per Customer and Specification requirements.

Chemical Test

100% Compulsory Test for each Heat of Tubes / Pipes produced in our plant by PMI & Spectro Analyzer.

Eddy Current Test

This NDT Test carried out to check Sub Surface In - Homogeneity as per ASTM E-426/309.

PMI Test

This NDT Test is carried out to verify Material Grade confirmation at In House facility.

Ultrasonic Test

This NDT Test carried out to detect Surface & Sub Surface Defects as per ASTM E-213.

Micro & Macro Test

This Test is carried out to observe Microstructure of Heat Treated Tubes and Grain Size Measurement as per ASTM E-112 & ASM Volume 9 Handbook.

Dye Penetrant Test

This NDT Test carried out to detect Sub Surface Discontinuities for U-Bend Tubes.

IGC Test

This Test is carried out to determine the susceptibility of Material to Intergranular attack in Stainless Steel & to measure Rate of Corrosion as per various Practices like A, B, C, or E by ASTM A-262 or IS Specification.

Air Under Water

This Test is conducted over Hydro Test in Water Bath to eliminate any error that might occur due to Human Error OT Pinholes which are difficult to detect by conventional Hydro Test.
